Return Policy

Returns for refund or exchange are welcomed with prior approval. To secure approval, simply email your request to tracy@campandcottagestore.com. Include the reason for the return and whether you wish a refund or exchange. You will receive an email authorizing your return. Approved returns must be sent postpaid (we do not accept COD's), received within fifteen days of your original delivery and in the same condition as originally shipped to you. Please package your return carefully as we cannot accept responsibility for damages caused by insufficient or improper packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable and items sent in exchange are subject to regular shipping charges. Items from our sale and clearance pages as well as custom items are not returnable.
